What is your return policy?
Goodwill will provide in-store credit for clothing that is returned within 7 days of purchase as long as tags are intact and receipt is provided. All other items are sold as-is.
Items purchased at our Outlet Store are sold AS-IS and all sales are FINAL.
For items purchased on shopgoodwill.com or Amazon.com – All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are FINAL.

Can I purchase a gift certificate to Goodwill stores?
Yes, you can purchase a gift certificate to use at any of True North Goodwill’s a thrift stores and Outlet Store. There is no expiration date. Please find the nearest store at the link below!
Please note: Gift cards purchased at True North Goodwill stores are only valid at stores in our region. There is no universal Goodwill gift card available.
Do True North Goodwill stores honor discount coupons from other Goodwill regions?
True North Goodwill runs independently from other Goodwill regions, so discount coupons don’t cross over.
